Biomechanical Evaluation

Why do biomechanical evaluations matter? They matter because to start your recovery process, our team needs to know the hidden mechanical issues of your joints and ligaments. Biomechanical evaluations can include reviewing current and previous pain, walking, running, range of motion exercises, and flexibility and muscle strength tests. That way we can determine how we can help with your recovery. This will allow us to pinpoint the pained or weakened area so we can focus on strengthening the area and preventing future injuries. It also lets us track your progress during your time in physical therapy.
